For thirty one years his student teachers have learned how to teach Head Start Children and children with physical, mental, emotional and multi-handicaps through university programs in North Carolina and Kentucky. Dr. Carter resides with his family in the Pleasant Hill Community on Lake Cumberland, Kentucky.
