About the Author

Dr. John Mark Carter is a retired universities professor, a Kentucky Colonel, and a parson’s son. He is listed in multiple editions of Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers. One of his areas of academic expertise has been in the developing of his university students into nationally certified student instructors.. For thirty one years his student teachers have learned how to teach Head Start Children and children with physical, mental, emotional and multi-handicaps through university programs in North Carolina and Kentucky. Dr. Carter resides with his family in the Pleasant Hill Community on Lake Cumberland, Kentucky.
