Mahuma is taken miraculously into the Inner Land and thought his days ends in down below the big water. He is rescued by lesser stranger beings and taken back to the outer world where he belongs. He and Bakame sign a business partnership to sell animal skins; that brought a lot of money to the country and into their own pockets. Unfortunately Bakame life changes and he quits the skin business which he thought is ‘immoral’ . . . he is now set on a mission to save the Animal Kingdom in peril whereby him only, is entrusted with the cure. It is hard to deliver it as his life is in grave danger; his former partner won’t let him quit their business . . .

It is a collection of stories inspired by traditional Rwanda legends; meant to educate children and young adults with moral lessons. I attended the Teacher Training Missionaries College for girls where I obtained my first diploma in children teaching. My interest in children storytelling grew bigger as I was a Sunday school teacher in our community; this opportunity allowed me to be closer to children and my storytelling skills developed tremendously.

I pursued my studies in the American Institute of Arts and Sciences of the Radio where I graduated in Mass Media Communication. I further studied Business Communications and English language in the Polytechnic of Central London and also got qualifications in English language Proficiency. I took employment with BBC World Service in 1987 first as Programs Assistant to the Swahili Section (1987-1994). I acquired BJ1&BJ2; qualifications within BBC in - house training and became Producer/ Presenter of the Kinyarwanda/Kirundi Service since its inception 1994. I lived through my own countries’ stories as broadcaster; working for BBC as an experience and the knowledge in communication both written and oral acquired while working at Bush House enable me to research and write different stories to share with all young and adults readers.

One of the vast and precious treasures of Rwanda communities is their tradition tales with its moral and educational lesson. Children storytelling has provided some basics knowledge for its nation regardless its political disarray. It is a heritage of an exceptionally and originally legends; myths that have been passed on orally from ancestors till this very day. The children were told different stories by elders or parents, while sitting on fi re at fall nights. I felt I was fortunate enough to have had both parents as great story
