Mr. Montague is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. His body of work includes extensive experience in his historical research of Washington D.C. architecture and American railroading as well as urban transportation structures. Through his experience he has reconstructed many lost architectural works building computer graphical representation of historic structures, from written descriptions and photographs. He brings a passion for historic preservation and knowledge education for bettering the urban experience of residents in the nation’s capital.
