Dr. Mary Reid Gaudio made her home in New York City and Aspen, Colorado after college-SUNY Fredonia. Next stop was Los Angeles and she formed a rock band called Che Blammo with her brother. This led her to performing at Universal Studios in Conan the Barbarian as Red Sonjia. Movies such as Clan of the Cave Bear and Amazon Women on the Moon and television shows like Hard Castle and McCormick and Scarecrow and Mrs. King followed. Mary received her doctorate from UCLA in education and has been working in the field for twenty years. She is currently an administrator at Hamilton High School in Los Angeles Unified School District.
