Janice Tingley was raised in Fairfield, California, who has two children and lives in Union City with her husband. She is also the author of Nolan’s Dream. Her passions include writing and illustrating. Her goal is to become a motivational speaker who mentors adolescents. Mrs. Tingley belongs to the Children’s writer’s illustration Association and toastmasters international.
