Bartholomew Jones seems like a typical seven-year old, but the children in Ms. Peacock's 2nd grade class call him Bart the Bully. Bart wreaks havoc at school by fighting with other boys and teasing little girls. By the end of the story, there is a turning point in which Room 203 at Green Meadows Elementary School may become a No Bully Zone after all.
Nona Ransom holds a Ph.D. from George Washington University in Washington, DC. She is an elementary school teacher, who has taught young children in grades 1-3 in the Washington, DC Public School System for several years. On a daily basis, she observes young children and knows how they talk, think, learn, and most importantly behave. She has written the sequel to BEWARE! THERE'S A BULLY IN ROOM 203! as well as OUTSIDE MY BEDROOM WALLS, both of which are about young children. She has also published several poems. Raised in Georgia, Nona Ransom lives in Washington, DC.
