Items Summary
In 1985 I joined an Adult Literacy Long Distance Learning Program. My tutor suggested rather than working out of a text book to learn English and the mechanics of the language to write about my life experiences and learn through that process. My book was something which has been stored for many years. The episodes - had no complexities to them. They are just one event after another and that’s how they are written. I once thought no wonderful lessons were learned in my childhood. I now know that every lesson which I learnt was wonderful. My book as it unfolded was in many ways therapeutic; as a way of helping me understand the many horrors of my childhood. It forced me to investigate many different subjects. It would be fantastic if just one other person learns as much, from my efforts, as I have done. I wish all well in their endeavours. Good luck to all who try.
Soon.
