Sobrasua E.M. Ibim has taught anatomy and physiology and general biology for over 13 years. Dr. Ibim attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for his post-doctoral training in tissue engineering, specializing in the synthesis of biodegradable polymers for bone tissue regeneration, as scaffolding devices for cell culture and as devices for musculoskeletal delivery of drugs/bioactive controlled substances. He received a Ph.D. in biology from Clark Atlanta University, Georgia; an M S. In veterinary science from Tuskegee University, Alabama,. a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Fort Valley State University, GA. He has several publications in reputable journals including Biomaterials, Alcohol and Toxicology Journals
