DAN JORGENSEN, DESKTOP SLEUTH. Daniel Jorgensen, a four star General, is the Commander of the Army’s Osgood Academy of Science in Knoxville, Colorado. He has gone from a lieutenant colonel, Chief of Investigation in the Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID), to a Colonel in May 1954 and then to the Commander of the CID with the rank of Brigadier General (with one star) one year later, May 1955. He was promoted to Major General about four months later, September 1955, and Lieutenant General in November 1959. Then in November 1960 he was promoted to General. He has been shot, bombed, kidnapped and charged with the most di_ cult crime to defend against in court, all in order to kill or stop him.
RAEY GOLDEN is a retired veterinarian and environmental scientist. He loves the study of astronomy, wood working, carving, and rock hounding. He has been closely involved with several Indian Tribes and city planning. He volunteers with a number of civic and church activities and projects. His volunteer efforts include working with the American Red Cross and in area prisons. He truly believes it is better to wear out than rust out.
